These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.terapatih.com and any enquiry, booking, tailoring, rental, or purchase arranged through Terapatih.

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or proceed with a booking or order.

Information on the Site is provided for general information only and may be updated without notice. Availability of garments, rental inventory, appointment slots, pricing, promotions, fabrics, and turnaround times may change. A consultation, enquiry, or WhatsApp message does not create a binding order until confirmed by us.

For tailoring, rentals, ready-to-wear purchases, and bridal services, the final price, scope, timeline, deposit requirements, and delivery or pickup arrangements will be confirmed in writing (for example by invoice, quotation, WhatsApp confirmation, or email). We may require measurements, fitting sessions, deposits, identification, security deposits for rentals, or signed acceptance forms before work or release of garments begins.

Deposits may be required to secure appointments, production slots, or rental reservations. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered, production has started, alterations have been performed, or rental inventory has been reserved for your dates. Refunds, credits, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled according to the specific quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation provided to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, event dates, contact information, and delivery or pickup details. Fit may vary based on body changes, posture, footwear, undergarments, or measurement accuracy. We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, missed fittings, incomplete information, force majeure events, courier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For rentals, you must return items by the agreed return date in the agreed condition, allowing for normal wear and approved alterations only. You may be charged for late returns, cleaning beyond normal wear, repairs, loss, theft, or irreparable damage. Security deposits may be applied toward such charges where permitted by law.

All Site content, branding, logos, photographs, designs, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Terapatih and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site, a booking, a rental, tailoring work, or a purchase will not exceed the amounts actually paid to us for the relevant transaction, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or our services shall be subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
